Add docs/hero-video with storyboard, capture checklist, timeline.toml, and an ffmpeg assembler that burns a first-ship session clock, applies per-segment speed (time-lapse / slow-mo), generates open/end cards from hero.jpg, and supports --placeholders for smoke builds without footage.

Do not truncate slow-motion clips at their raw duration
-t appears after the input URLs, so FFmpeg applies it to the output rather than limiting input decoding. For any speed < 1 clip this caps the encoded clip at raw seconds instead of its intended raw / speed duration; the default welcome-slow segment is therefore cut to 8 seconds rather than approximately 22.9 seconds, and its clock cannot reach the configured 2:30 endpoint. Limit the input before -i, or use out_dur as the output limit.

Prefer MCEC for browser/terminal/agent/CI capture (record GIF + agent drive), matching mcec/WinPrint hero recipes. Desk metal stays camera. Document GIF duration limits, segmented takes, and point timeline sources at .gif files.
